Capacity: 4-10 guests and one toddler (can sleep up to 12).

Among our 3 holiday cottages with a swimming pool in Brittany, “Le Pivert” is ideal to gather friends or family for the holidays.

The ground floor, which is 42m², comprises:

• An open plan and fully equipped kitchen area with : a cooker with 4 hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as all the kitchenware you need, including dishes and pans, for 12. We also provide a high chair.
• A lovely, cosy living room with a sofa, a TV and DVD player. The heating can be controlled by remote, allowing you to have a precise temperature.
• A bathroom with a shower and a bath, and seperate toilets.
• A small service room with a washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.

On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms:

• The family bedroom with a double bed (140cm) on a mezzanine, above 3 single beds (90cm)
• In the 2nd bedroom you will find a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm).

The second floor is a big dorm, with a double bed (140cm), 1 stow-away bed (2* 90cm) and a single bed (90 cm).

The rental price includes access to our wellness area, with its covered and heated (to 30°) pool, and 6 seater hammam.
This area is shared with the clients from the institute, so don’t forget to book it as soon as you arrive if you wish to make the most of it, by using the whiteboard in the area.

You can also make the most of the 2 500m² garden, with its swing, trampoline and kids games.
